Barr. Vera Asenoguan

Barr. Vera Asenoguan is a legal practitioner and a corporate governance expert with requisite skills in regulatory compliance. She joined LAPO in 2007 and developed a distinguished career in administration; she sat as secretary to the LAPO Board of Directors and several of its committees. She has attended various programmes, trainings and conferences in arbitration, mediation and reconciliation as well as corporate governance and administration. She is a member of several professional bodies including Society for Corporate Governance as well as Chartered Institute of Corporate Administration.

She is currently the Registrar and Secretary to the Governing Council of the LAPO Institute for Microfinance and Management Studies.
