A. Minimum score of 100 in the JAMB Unified Tertiary Examination (UTME).
B. Candidate must also have 5 Credit pass in WAEC, NECO and NABTEB including English and Mathematics and any other subject relevant for the course in not more than two sittings.

e. NIN ID Card
f. Six (6) copies of passport photograph with white background. Please note that each ears must be visible.
