A. Minimum score of 100 in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Examination (UTME).
B. Candidate must also have 5 Credit passes WAEC, NECO and NABTEB including English and Mathematics and any other subject relevant for the course in not more than two sittings.

f. Six (6) copies of passport photograph with white background. Please note that each ears must be visible.
